Bill and Hilary Flower live in Blue Rocks, Nova Scotia,
about 2 miles outside
Historic
Lunenburg.
Bill is a commercial lobster fisherman during the winter
months, and works as a Marine Co-ordinator in the film
industry during the spring and summer.
In his his former life he was a commercial diver working
on off-shore oil rigs and salvage diving. He participated
in the salvage of the oil rig Ocean Ranger and the White
Star liner HMS Republic.

Bill's wife Hilary has spent many years working
on yachts in the Caribbean as a Cordon Bleu cook.
Hilary now raises and trains Border Collies on
their sheep farm in Nova Scotia.
Lobsters for the Lobster Lunch are caught by
Bill, himself, and the lunches are prepared by
Hilary.
